answers vary

:P In Idaho the test is made up of questions with three possible answers. Unlike the four on the practice test. But I found a discrepancy on one question the manual that is downloadable for Idaho says you should check your tires when you begin your trip and everytime you stop. The correct answer for Question 13 is C. every two hours or 100 miles. And I was sure that the standard CDL test said 150 miles or every three hours, but now I can't find where I saw that.
So we will see if I miss that question tomorrow, Monday the 1st, when I retake the test. Yes, I flunked it the first time. (woe-is-me...) :(

Oh wait a minute, I did find the two hour/100 mile rule in section 2.14.1, I guess I'm seeing things about the 150 mile thing.

;D I passed! I did miss one though, the one about what to do with a single package that was leaking. (Or was it on fire? ... I don't remember...) I was supposed to identify it first, not remove it from the vehicle. Oh well... Here in Idaho the test is only thirty questions, you are allowed to miss five. If you don't miss any you are done in 25 questions. I'm trying to remember the answer to the question about stopping to check dual tires, but I'm pretty sure the choice the correct answer was "when you start your trip and when you stop". But don't quote me on that.

Be careful out there,
